Quality Assurance Agreements
Residential Quality Assurance Agreements are a great value. With two Quality Assurance visits each year, once before the heating season and once before the cooling season, your heating and cooling system will maintain a high-quality and efficient operation. During each visit we will check for, and notify you of, parts and other issues that are at a high risk for failure. Since you’ll have time to fix your high-risk items before they fail, you’ll save time, money and won’t be inconvenienced by a break-down.

As a Quality Assurance Agreement customer, you'll also receive the following benefits:

  • No overtime charges
  • A 10% discount on all equipment repairs
  • Preferential treatment in scheduling all service calls
  • A $15.00 credit towards you renewal agreement price for any of your referrals that becomes a Quality Plus customer (renewal credits shall not exceed total agreement renewal price)
  • Standard air filters, coil cleaning, chemicals and required lubricants
  • Maximum of one pound of freon for refrigerant charge adjustment at no charge

FREE Replacement and Consultation Estimates
tempstarWhen the time comes to replace your current heating and cooling system, Quality Plus is here to assist you. After a consultation with you, we will evaluate your heating and cooling needs and make a recommendation as to what will best satisfy your needs to keep you comfortable in your home.

Extended Warranties
For additional years after installation of your new central air system, you can protect yourself against large, unexpected repair costs with a DATACOR Protection Plan. DATACOR picks up where your 1- year warranty stops - making sure that all your future repairs are completely covered. Believe it or not, DATACOR covers the entire costs of the repairs: parts, labor and even sales tax! You can't ask for more than that. When you purchase a DATACOR extended warranty, we'll provide you with a confirmation for easy reference to ensure you get fast, reliable service. If you ever sell your home, the DATACOR extended warranty can be transferred to the new homeowner for a small processing fee. This benefit will make your home stand out and decrease the time it's on the market.

Real Estate Inspections
Quality Plus offers real estate HVAC inspections to all homebuyers and real estate agents. It is our goal to provide accurate and unbiased information as to the state of the heating and cooling system of the inspection home to ensure the homebuyer is not purchasing faulty or unreliable equipment. Upon completion of the inspection, we will present the homebuyer with a HVAC inspection letter verifying the condition of the equipment.

Service Calls
We service all brands of central heating and cooling equipment. Our service technicians will diagnose the problem and provide you with a fair and accurate quote to fix the needed repairs.

Rating Explanations
AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) - The minimum efficiency standard for  furnaces is 78% AFUE. The minimum for gas-fired water boilers is 80% AFUE and the minimum for gas-fired steam boilers is 78% AFUE. The standard is set by the U.S. Department of Energy under the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act of 1987, which became effective January 1, 1992.

HSPF (Heating Season Performance Factor) - Heating efficiency for air source heat pumps is indicated by the heating season performance factor (HSPF). The HSPF tells you the ratio of the seasonal heating output in BTU's divided by the seasonal power consumption in Watt-hours.

SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) - This ratio gives an indication of the  performance efficiency of the system. The higher the SEER, the more efficient the unit, which in turn lowers operating costs. As of 1992, federal regulations require all new split system central air conditioners have a SEER of at least 10.
